The thickness of the layer of plaster on insulation can be 3 4 mm if it is high build façade or 7 9 mm thick front. This would include base cement coat of approximately 1 2 a scratch coat of approximately 1 4 and the fi. 18 mm thick cement plaster with neat cement slurry is required for making dado with the cement concrete flooring. One of the types of exterior walls is the so called wet plaster. Mill aggregated which requires only mixing with water and neat which requires the addition of aggregate at the job site.
